Hi i’m Chloe, I’m a certified Health Coach and Environmental Medicine Specialist specialising in Hormones, the Immune System and Stress. I help business owners take back control of their body to excel in business and achieve OPTIMAL health.

I wasn’t always passionate about health, my career first started in beauty where I grew and owned my first business. I then ventured out into more of the creative space selling artwork and publications. Running two businesses by myself was tough, working day and night led me to a complete burnout. I grew up with a big family history of poor health which led to me seeing many members of my family pass away at such a young age. For me, feeling helpless and seeing them so uncertain on what to do was something I knew I had to change. As a business owner, living a highly stressful life took its toll on me and I overcame my own battle with health, struggling with symptoms from the gut, hormones and kidneys. I knew that this was now my purpose in life to help and educate those in need.

The world we live in is so toxic and we live highly stressful lives. Even if you don’t feel stressed, your body is. The body uses a large amount of its energy everyday to try and filter out excess toxins we feed it. My aim is to help you restore balance, nourish your body, eliminate toxins and help the body become resilient to stress.

I am a firm believer that the body has the ability to heal itself, if given the right conditions.
